I am now on Substack, and no longer posting here regularly. All of my previous writing still lives here.
In April of this year I started writing a weekly column, Shiawassee Nature Notes, in my local newspaper. I enjoy the exercise of writing about the place I love and sharing conservation success stories. I hope to build a wider readership and encourage more appreciation of nature.
